Member, Hon'ble Ugyen Tshering conducted an in-house training on how laws are
crafted in Parliament and elaborated on the rules and repercussions specified
in the Penal Code.
This training initiative was design to enhance the understanding of Parliamentary operations and to clarify the parameters of lawful conduct for all secretariat staff.
