
Civil Service reform sensitization by the Royal Civil Service Commission
A team from the Royal Civil Service Commission led by Hon’ble Commissioner Dr. Ugyen Tshewang made a presentation on the Civil Service Reform to the staff of the National Council secretariat today.
The team presented the objectives, outcomes and principles of the Civil Service Reform. They emphasized four core outcomes - which included Leadership Enhancement, Strengthening Governance System, Building Dynamic Civil Servants and the Institution of a robust structure. They provided insights into the distinctions in the executive selection process, the performance management system, and The King's Scholarship.
The presentation was followed by a question and answer session.
