Honorable Birendra Chimoria commenced his official constituency visit to Dagana Dzongkhag on February 24th, 2025 starting from Gozhi, Karna, Tesza, Khebisa gewog and its chiwogs.

This visit aims to engage local communities, understand their concerns and gather feedback from constituents.

He has also met with Dasho Dzongrab and the sector heads to discuss the issues raised during the previous constituency meetings, their outcomes, and the way forward as entry consultation meeting.

The public was informed of the following updates:

•           Updating on the resolution of 34th session

•           Any laws and policies that citizens are not comfortable

•           Entrepreneurship and development activities in the dzongkhag

•           13th five year development activities of Dagana Dzongkhag.

Public feedback has been taken on general aspects at the community level that can be aligned with policies, regulations, and new laws being amended.

He will also visit ongoing construction site in Dagana Dzongkhag. His visit will continue until April 8th, 2025, during this he intends to meet with local leaders and officials, as well as engage with various chiwogs to discuss national issues and encourage collaborative efforts for a better working environment.
